Voice Over Internet Protocol
converts your voice to a digital packetized signal that’s sent through the public internet to our Phone Switch. Once it arrives, Wilogic’s Phone Switch converts the signal appropriately and delivers the call to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) allowing it to ring through to all your regular phones and phone lines. This sequence works in reverse for incoming calls.
WiLogic Owns and maintains this equipment allowing us the “Hands –On” capabilities necessary to ensure and guarantee voice quality.
